About Dr. Sonkarley
Modern ENT Care With a Personal Approach
Dr. Price Sonkarley is a board-certified otolaryngologist who has cared for patients at ENTCare SWFL in Bonita Springs and throughout Southwest Florida for the past seven years. The practice was formerly known as Dr. Mark Montgomery MD PA.
He treats a wide range of ear, nose and throat conditions and stays current with modern office-based otolaryngology procedures. His clinical focus includes treatment options for nasal congestion, chronic runny nose, ear pressure and sinus disease.
Dr. Sonkarley has access to a full endoscopic surgery suite and offers modern in-office treatment options when appropriate for a patient's diagnosis.
ENTCare SWFL also provides allergy services, including in-office allergy testing, immunotherapy and sublingual therapy. A Doctor of Audiology is available in-house for routine and urgent hearing assessments, hearing-loss care, and hearing aid services and technology.

Dr. Sonkarley was featured by WINK News after helping provide emergency CPR to a man who collapsed near his home. He continued assisting until emergency responders arrived and took over care.

Founder & Previous Owner
Dr. Mark Montgomery is the founder and previous owner of the practice. Dr. Price Sonkarley purchased the practice in April 2023 and continues to serve patients in Bonita Springs and throughout Southwest Florida through ENTCare SWFL.

Service & Leadership
Proud Marine Corps Veteran
Before and alongside his medical career, Dr. Sonkarley served five years of active duty in the United States Marine Corps.
His service included a deployment to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
He received the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for his service in Baghdad as a distinguished individual augment to the Chief of Staff.
